Nicola Taylor

With a career background in education spanning over thirty years, my experience and accomplishments are diverse and varied. commencing initially as a classroom teacher, undertaking various executive positions, culminating in Principalship for the past sixteen years. Commitment to excellence is the hallmark of my work, leading with an expectation of continual improvement and professional growth. Developing strength and capacity in others, building team, leading with integrity through service are characteristic of my approach. I am currently the Principal of a day and boarding school for girls located in the New England Region of NSW. Under my leadership the College has commenced an English Intensive Course of Study (ELICOS) program providing high quality language and culture learning for International Students. Time with family is my preferred recreational activity. I am an avid reader, I enjoy the theatre, ballet and symphony concerts. Walking and enjoying the beauty of creation are restorative.
